Maria and David welcomed baby Lillian to their family on 6 October 2007. Life is very busy!

At present Maria is also working on a new commission for the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra and TSO Chorus, to be premiered in November 2008.

The 2008 TSO Australian Composers' School will be held from 18-23 August in Hobart. Five talented composers will have their music workshopped and performed by the TSO. Detailed information is available from the TSO's website.

The Blue Suite for guitar orchestra was commissioned by Cranbrook School in 2005, and has been published by Fretful Music, edited by Christopher Keane. It was performed at the 2006 Sydney Guitar Society summer school in January 2006, and by the Hobart Guitar Orchestra in December 2006. The Blue Suite is now available for purchase.
